early abortion methods, abortion clinic pregnancy termination

Early Abortion is abortion performed during the earliest stages of pregnancy, between 5 and 10 weeks from the first day of your last period. Non-surgical, safe methods for early abortion are the Aspiration Procedure and the Abortion Pill. They are simple, natural and have few complications.

Natural is better! Surgical abortion is very invasive and NOT necessary for early pregnancy.

Abortion Pill (RU486) Aspiration Procedure
(also known as Manual Vacuum Aspiration,
MVA, and Menstrual Extraction)
It may seem more natural, like a miscarriage. It is quick and over in a few minutes.
A procedure is not needed unless it fails. There´s no routine follow up visit. It can be done further along in pregnancy.
Being at home rather than in an office may seem more comforting and private. You choose when and where. There is less bleeding . The Doctor and the medical staff are always present.
Any support person can be there during the process. Pregnancy symptoms like nausea end within hours.

In its technical guidelines on safe abortion, the World Health Organization (WHO) states:

“Vacuum Aspiration and Medical Abortion are preferred methods for abortion in the first trimester. Both these methods are safe, effective, and suitable for the primary level of care and should also be available at levels of care with greater capacity and in many clinical settings. Regrettably, many settings still use the sharp curettage or dilation and curettage (D&C) method.”

The WHO guidelines state that since sharp curettage carries greater risk, it should be used only when vacuum aspiration and medical abortion are not available.
